Being a small company, there is a level a care that can been seen where other larger companies cannot provide. The CEO looks out for their us and we have some input into the decisions that are made for the company.

Cons

Although a pro... a downside to being a small company is that the pay and comp may not be as good as a larger one.

It was a good company to work at when I was there, The people were the best part. Good culture and it felt like management cared about you.

Cons

Pay was below average when I was there. It also didn't seem like there was much room for growth since everything was based on what contract you were assigned.
