Pros
They work with your schedule to an extent for school. The leadership has daily huddles to pass info and receive feedback from employees. New staffing angel online system is working well. Leadership does have an open door policy.
Cons
Favoritism can be bad, and I've seen some nurses leave because of it. Some habitually late employees still have jobs. When your coworkers have a problem with you, they tell everyone else except you, and then it shows up on your annual evaluation. Turnover rate for Clin II nurses is high so there are voids in management. A few charge nurses allow their friends to loiter, and smoke outside while others are told to work.
