Pros
Sentara offers great benefits to their employees and will pay 90% of insurance premiums if you are on the lowest tier of pay.
Cons
The pay is nowhere near where it should be for the amount of responsibility, stress, labor, and demands that is expected in a shift. There's definitely a heirarchal mentality there and everyone will let you know it. They let you think that they care for their employees, but the lower you are on the totem pole, the worse you are treated.
