If you are unhappy in a specialty Sentara is pretty good at assisting you with find a better fit. They would rather you change departments than to go to another hospital
Cons
No retention incentives. New grads start off making the same as a nurse with 3-4years experience. They raise the starting pay, but the annual pay raises barely increase.
