Pros

A lot of experienced and senior adjusters, friendly and welcoming environment, a lot of support from management to asure that you are within guidelines and you learn a lot of laws in different states

Cons

Very fast pace and you have to be the type of individual that can treat every customer with respect regardless the scenario
