7yI’m sorry to hear about your frustrations while working at Sentry. We strongly value professional development, and expect our managers to act as guides and leaders—not micromanagers—to help their associates be successful. Please know we’re continually working to improve. Most recently, we sent an associate feedback survey where all associates had an opportunity to evaluate their manager, department, and Sentry as a whole.
