7yI appreciate that you felt supported during your time with us. We do provide quite a bit of training up front to help all our claims associates be ready and equipped to work with our customers. I understand that there’s a lot to remember and it might not all sink in the first time. We’ll definitely take your comments into consideration as we continually evaluate our processes.
