I’m glad you felt our associate evaluation process was valuable and consistent; we’ve worked hard to encourage communication and clear expectations for managers and associates. At the same time, I’m sorry to hear that you felt associate morale was low. Our internal culture is important to us, which is why we offer routine associate feedback surveys and other opportunities for our associates to discuss opportunities for improvement.
