5yWhile it’s great to know you were happy with the benefits we provide our associates, I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced. I recognize claims workloads vary frequently, so we continually monitor staffing levels to ensure we have the support our customers need. It’s our goal to maintain reasonable workloads to allow our associates to have an appropriate work-life balance. We have a robust training program and offer a variety of position-specific and personal development learning through Sentry University.
