Employee focused company with great leadership at all levels. Numerous opportunities for growth. Campus and buildings are gorgeous with up-scale amenities.

Cons

Insurance industry so a bit conservative in some areas and unknown post-covid remote work options.

I’m happy to know you’re enjoying your role, the people you work with, and the culture we’ve created at Sentry. We’re in the business of assessing risk, so we acknowledge our approach to the business and financial decisions we make can sometimes be conservative. And those decisions have helped us become a financially stable company. In regard to remote work, we intend to continue to use our offices and associate amenities moving forward; however, we’ve learned there’s a place for work-at-home that we aren’t going to abandon. on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
