4yCulture and support are important to us at Sentry, so I’m pleased to the things that stood out to you during your time here. We value helping associates with career development, too. That’s why we often hire internally, even when someone is moving from a different department. Many people at Sentry got their start in Claims and moved to different areas of the business, while others have continued to advance through the Claims job family. We encourage associates to discuss their goals for growth with their managers regularly. We’ve enhanced our technology and learned a lot while working remotely, which will allow us to be more flexible in the future, while still providing the high level of service that our customers expect.
