      Good company. Stable. Many quality employees. Technology is advanced.

      Cons

      Middle management at Dairyland is just not good. One of their three regional managers is good. The other two are "yes-men" without actual management skill.

      on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
