Pros

They offer 401k match, benefits are decent & good PTO time is given.

Cons

Pay could be better. Quite a few people have left due to the requirement of having to come back into the office. They’ve taken same/similar jobs, fully remote & make more money. Required to work in office 3 days a week, 2 days at home. A lot of the jobs can be done 100% remote - no need to be in office. Frustrating to spend time getting ready & gas money for no real reason. Either you sit in a chair at home or in a chair in office - makes no difference in doing the job. The reason for being in office is to “collaborate with others”, yet, when we’re there, no one leaves their desks or has conversations with others.

on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
