Thank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback. I would also like to thank you for your many years of service at Sentry. I would agree that we have very nice associates at Sentry who are great to work with. Unfortunately many times in large organizations senior leadership can appear to be unapproachable, but in reality are very friendly and welcome the opportunity to discuss issues and help develop solutions.
