They don't make you feel bad when you do a mistake. In fact, they help you out and give you suggestions and actually listen to your beliefs and thoughts. Cons
I applied for normal CSR and midway changed to Bilingual and did not get a raise when asked. I personally don't like feeling trapped or working for employers. Depending on your project, schedule changes. Some days are consistent callers all shift.
