Pros
-Everyone acts like family -Moving to different contracts is pretty easy. If you don't like one they've got loads more. On SOME Contracts (Which you have to be there for a while to get): -Leniency is given when needed -Pay is very nice -WFH is a priority of Senture. If they don't have it they work hard to get it
Cons
-Burnout is a definite. Most contracts deal directly with public who are not happy, which is why they call in. -On a lot of contracts, leniency is sparsely given. You only have so many points for sick days and once those are up, you're done. -Moving up in a contract is pretty difficult. They go primarily based on seniority and some people have been there for a while, which says a lot considering the turnover rate. Be ready to only advance within your position (i.e., getting raises when applicable, unless the start off pay is high).
