      Free stuff, fun business, some great people, and programs.

      Cons

      Advancement path is not clearly defined and based on politics & as%$kissing. Some very toxic leaders who are not held accountable, despite reports made to HR. While there are some great community engagement efforts and loyal stuff, it's a corporate business and people are dispensible.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
