Pros

They really care about their people, and acknowledge that without us they are nothing! They recognize and reward hard work, and really truly embody "inspire fearlessness." I never have to wear a mask at work, I can make bold choices and never fear negativity.

Cons

It is still retail, which means crap hours and occasional rude clients. Work/life balance is great for cast members, but could be better for leadership!

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
