OK experience - Cashier Sephora Employee Review

Management could not care less about you if you are part time. They didn't bother to learn who I was. At one point, another girl with my same first name quit and they stopped scheduling me because they thought it was me. It took a month for them to fix the problem since they were moving around management. Management was a mess, they would call me angry asking me where I was because I was missing for my shift when really I was not scheduled and they had me confused with someone else. Management gossiped in the office with the door wide open (everyone could hear as they walked by.) They cut hours for everyone then hired on more girls. It was a disaster.
