      This place is run like an extension of Indian Sweat Shop consulting company. There is no innovation and no quality work here. It works like a extension of Indian Software consulting services. This place is run by the slave drivers and employs bunch of incompetent consultants. from Indian consulting companies. All the work is outsourced to some or other consulting company.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
