Pros

the company is passionate about training their employees in every aspect of their job, from management to skincare/color basics

Cons

upper management did not seem to care about the 'little people'--their employees--The main focus was driving sales, therefore, the upper management would get frustrated by the executive mgmt DMs RVPs and this frustration would trickle down to the cast members.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
