Pros

- Good benefits (lots of free products/gratis) - Good environment (friendly atmosphere) - Learned a lot (company is very big on teaching employees beneficial skills)

Cons

- Too sales driven (manager will always be yelling out sales numbers every hour on the hour) - Can get a little catty depending on where you work (I worked at two different locations, and I HATED one of the stores I worked at because the manager was all about drama)

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
