gratis, training, co-workers, making people happy every day

client survey when some clients use it just to complain - the happy clients just go home with their product and never think to fill it out, contests that are unatainable , return policy is too lax as clients abuse it, theft is easy for clients

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
