Pros

Training that you receive is awesome and some traveling may be required.

Cons

because this is retail- hour fluctuate, if you are hired part time- you may only receive 5 hours one week because sales are low. Everyone is paid a different rate because pay is based of the sales of the store. You will always come in as part time less you are a lead for skin or color. The promotion from within in the st.louis area is null and void. It has not happened in 2 years. My time is over... full time is impossible so it seems-rare!

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
