Pros
Great place to start out if you're new to retail. Great employee discount, ESPECIALLY on Sephora brand. Work life balance policy make it easy for you to have a fexilble schedule. If you have have a good manager there can be room for advancement. No commision! You recieve a cut of the monthy bonus if store is productive. Free products from companies to try.
Cons
The pay could be better considering they focus on education. Depending on store managment can suck. They're return policy is too open. People will try to return anything without a reciept.
