The gratis you get, the amount of brand reps you meet on a monthly basis when they come to visit. The training I get on an occasion. The co-workers I'm with

Cons

The clients who perceive to know what they want and treat you like crap. Too many 'cliches' in the store. Moving up in the company is a pipe dream

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
