Pros

I've worked several retail jobs and Sephora was by far my favorite. Of course, a lot of it is dependent on the store where you work. I loved my co-workers, which was a huge pro. However, there are also some amazing perks on a company-wide level, such as gratis (brands offer free products to all store employees), extensive training, and bonuses for all employees, not just managers.

Cons

The company was often slow to restock popular products. We would be out of certain products for long stretches of time. To be fair, my store had a big loss prevention problem, so it's possible the company wasn't always aware our inventory was low.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
