If you are interested in working with multiple cosmetic companies under one roof without the restraints and hassles of comission, this could be a place for you.

Cons

The company grasps at straws to meet their sales goals and payroll percentages. The value of the employee has decreased since I started in 2007 and now is influenced only by the end dollar, not the client experience.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
