      Nice office space in SF, gratis product, and cool events

      Cons

      The people. The finance team is the worst team I have ever been on. There are cliques that openly disrespect and spread lies about team members. Accounting and Finance constantly fight. People will screw you over just to keep allegiances with the instigators so they aren't turned against by the cliques.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
