Pros

- Great training program for consultants, you really learn a lot by attending regular brand training sessions. - Management are generally supportive and good listeners if one-on-one meetings are requested to address employee issues - Great full-time benefits, including matching 401K

Cons

- Too much after hours store cleaning. Some of the cleaning work seems too laborious and detailed for a regular retail employee to handle and should be done by professional cleaning crews - Break rooms are also maintained by store consultants so it is often not tidy, nor is it ever a pleasant place to eat in.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
