Pros

+Gratis is reasonably awarded +Environment is very organized +Company values are highly enforced and reminded +Music is always good +They provide work uniforms "costumes"

Cons

-Pay is absurdly low considering how much any given person could sell per hour -Company can be incredibly oppressive when it comes to their expectations of team members when communicating with clients -After 1 year, I was given a pay-raise of 24 or so CENTS and my total years of experience and profitability to the location was completely disregarded -Leadership wasn't as knowledgeable as the entire lower-paid team -2 leadership members were out of line and reprimanded me(yelled VERY loudly at me without good reason), which is against company policy and headquarters did not reach out to me or do anything to help me moving forward. Didn't even offer to transfer me to a different location.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
