Supervisors micromanage all of the workers and no music devices allowed on the floor. 2nds shift is notorious for long meetings (about his family) and talks of gossiping. I stayed quiet the whole shift because the amount of gossiping and lack of respect they have. I work hard and barely talk but still get treated like a number . It's hard to get appreciated in a company who favors the managers to do whatever they want.( such as gossiping, using their phone, online shopping and lack of respect for you as an associate by talking to you in a disrespectful way.) I would not recommend this job if you have social anxiety, depression, social disability or health problem. No one cares about you as an associate and will find a way to gossip about you if you share your business. PTO accrues every 2 weeks. 12 attendance points for termination. Keep to yourself, be polite and get your paycheck.
