      Pros

      I have been in property management for 25 years and worked for a few of the big name companies during that time. No one compares to working with Sequoia. The best work decision I ever made was coming to this company. Every person from our CEO, through our corporate office down to the property level are amazing and wonderful to work with. Our company culture can't be matched or surpassed by any company out there and it is prominent in everything we do and say as a team. Our company doesn't just state what they are about, we show it in everything we do and say.

      Favoritism to advance, workers click together, if your not someone they like personally you wont get ahead

      Volunteer Purpose days, company wide fun day, DIBE Task Force, holiday luncheon, funny sales training energize classes, great benefits, good pay

      Cons

      Long work days with high conflict residents and sometimes other team members. Mentally exhausting environment
