Pros

I just started working for Sequoia but so far it has been a great experience. The training programs they offer are first class and the pay/benefits are better than any property management company I have worked for. There are companies that say they care about their employees but don't show it. Sequoia shows they care about their employees by doing things like giving everybody Amazon gift cards, taking everybody to Six Flags for a Fun Day and offering good benefits. Sequoia seems to know the value of it's employees and recognizes that without them they would not be successful.

I have nothing negative to say.
