As an essential business, it was important that we kept the people, our team members, front of mind in everything we did and continue to do. The rest and recharge day was implemented because we saw that more than ever, it was important that we all took a moment to breathe and refocus our energy on self care and caring for our family and the lunches were so that you didn't have to worry about where to go for lunch or packing lunch to come into work.
