If there's a system or process in place and you have a better solution to make it more efficient, better quality, etc, please speak up! I encourage you to work with your Community Manager or to call your Regional Portfolio Manager, or the Director or VP of that department responsible for the process to discuss your challenge, brainstorm, or pitch your idea!
