Outstanding culture and values! They really take care of their employees! Rest and recharge days, extra paid personal days, catered lunches, virtual meeting to keep everyone updated on the newest policies and procedures always sprinkled with fun. We got loyalty increases this year when the rest of the industry is laying off employees, gift cards as random acts of kindness, paid day off to go vote, amazing holiday party gift packages, I really could go on forever! The executive team is extremely involved, they really listen to employees and implement new policies and procedures with employee feedback in mind. Bill, Cynthia, Enrica, Carrie, Patty, Elizabeth, Rita, and so many more, these are not just names of the Exec Team, we all know them, we can reach out directly if we ever have anything to bring to their attention good or bad. Bottom line, there is no better company to work for in my opinion!
