In terms of advancement, there are definitely opportunities to promote as I have seen a lot of movement in our organization over the years. I suggest talking to your manager to see if there are opportunities to take on some leasing manager or assistant manager duties and even take some of the classes at Sequoia University. That way, you will be well versed in these job duties when an opportunity becomes available.
