I've been with Sequoia for almost 9 years and am getting ready to resign. Not because of anything related to the company but because I am pursuing a passion of mine. Sequoia treats its employees fairly and always offers great support. There is room for growth within the company and they recognize unique talents in their people. Senior leadership is very communicative and transparent about changes in the company and the direction they are going next. The people are all kind and supportive and it really does feel like a tight-knit family.
