Love/Hate relationship - Sales and Leasing Agent Sequoia Equities Employee Review

I want to grow within the company but I don't have the greatest management team. I voiced this and was basically told to quit or figure it out (in a much more professional manner of course) by my RPM and HR. I also don't agree with their work life balance schedule sometimes. The new Sunday closure doesn't help if you are someone who doesn't have vacation time or don't want to use your vacation time. I think they did a poor job of explaining how that works as well. Also not a lot of things are clear or easy to access like transfer policies, and job descriptions/duties
