Pros
A company who cares for their workers by making sure they are not overwhelmed with work by giving us R&R days off. Company luncheon end of the year to appreciate the workers and get to meet the whole company team.
Cons
This really doesn't have anything to do with Sequoia but more the economy and inflation every year, Sequoia gives discount on living at a Sequoia property but with how high everything is going up, I still can not move in and live comfortably at a property because of how high inflation and everything is going up, again not a con for Sequoia but that's the only thing I can use as a Con because Sequoia treats their employees great.
