      Pros

      Loved providing service coordination and support of the individuals in services. Great opportunities to meet a variety of people and to work with many community resources.

      Cons

      Management and administration do not understand the job and do not provide the support needed to complete the job. Their lack of understanding has resulted in many complaints from the state and from provider agencies. Staff feel overwhelmed.

      Great training and support from coworkers and supervisors, those doing the work really care about the clients and coworkers

      Unrealistic expectations, upper management seems disconnected from CCS experience or doesn’t really care about employee concerns versus corporate profit
