As you mentioned, our Team Members work remotely, which is one of the benefits most appreciated by Team Members. Another benefit is our Team Members primarily work in their communities, which creates flexibility and prioritizes the importance of a work-life balance. Our work is guided by state regulations and provided based on the needs and schedules of the people we support. We agree this can cause schedule conflicts, especially if the services are critical. Through our annual leave benefit, our Team Members may schedule and take needed time off.

Great training and support from coworkers and supervisors, those doing the work really care about the clients and coworkers

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, upper management seems disconnected from CCS experience or doesn’t really care about employee concerns versus corporate profit
