You will sit at your computer 90% of the time. Company really makes you accountable for your time down to the minute. Can be boring.

Great training and support from coworkers and supervisors, those doing the work really care about the clients and coworkers

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, upper management seems disconnected from CCS experience or doesn’t really care about employee concerns versus corporate profit
