Pros

You get the opportunity to work with awesome people and for one of the top data center maintenance companies globally. They are good about creating a reasonable level work life balance being are able to schedule doc appointments or take care of a kid who’s sick. The company continues to grow and acquire companies year over year, creating job security.

Cons

They are struggling to maintain who they are as they grow, but can’t seem to recognize that. Company is losing touch of those in the middle and no longer have clear or reachable career growth opportunities. Senior leadership make decisions without full understanding of work streams below. There is little to no opportunity to impact your compensation growth outside of sales roles, just an annual cost of living adjustment.

Pros

Service Express build a culture where people felt connected, even in a remote environment. That sense of inclusion extended to how many teams supported one another and how they showed up for customers with a strong focus on doing the right thing and being genuinly helpful. The challenge moving forward is ensuring that as the organization grows and changes, that the culture remains intact and does not become diluted,

Cons

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
