Pros

-At one time, this company truly had something special. -Training was great, and the comradery amongst the sales team was great. -During my employment, I went through a serious health matter, and they initially supported me through that period. -Great immediate co-workers

Cons

-The company has become a shallow shell of what it once was. -Leadership has been operating years past their expiration date, leaving a trail of layoffs and abandoned values. -Grew quickly but never invested in learning how to run a global organization, leading to compliance issues, broken trust, and constant stumbles. -Excused poor decisions by leaning on buzzwords like “failing forward” — using it as a playground scapegoat instead of taking accountability for unfavorable outcomes. -Mishandled remote employee compliance: my earnings were reported to the wrong state for two years, creating unnecessary battles for unemployment benefits. -While I was still employed, leadership actively undermined my serious legal matter for their own financial gain — directly contradicting the support they’d initially shown during my health crisis. When confronted, they shrugged it off as “not knowing what they were doing,” favoring incompetence over admitting malice.

Pros

Service Express build a culture where people felt connected, even in a remote environment. That sense of inclusion extended to how many teams supported one another and how they showed up for customers with a strong focus on doing the right thing and being genuinly helpful. The challenge moving forward is ensuring that as the organization grows and changes, that the culture remains intact and does not become diluted,

Cons

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
