Poorly Managed Facility, Terrible Pay Rates - Maintenance Technician Service Wire Employee Review

Pay rates far below national average, across multiple positions. Little to no room for advancement, and the GM in the Phoenix Facility is condescending and entitled. Spending is ridiculous too, I worked in the maintenance department, and there is no inventory system; if we couldn't find a machine part, amongst a sea of loose parts, the GM would just order more parts we already had.
