Pros

PTO is reasonable and fair (vacation, personal and sick time). The salary is also reasonable. ServiceMaster is a really good company to work for!

Cons

The company faces more than a few obstacles within its technology base. Although there is a great team working behind the scenes to assist in rectifying these issues as they come up, this is still a work in progress.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
