      Pros

      ServiceMaster is a forward-thinking company looking to be the leader not just in home services but also in the digital space. Some of the things I appreciate include the laid-back atmosphere. I also love that they are remaining in Memphis, TN and investing so much in the new headquarters. It's a very exciting time to be part of ServiceMaster.

      Cons

      I wish they had maternity leave rather than just short term disability. I've seen other well-recognized companies who offer both maternity and paternity leave, and I think it would be great if we could be competitive in this area.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
