      None now that the company is moving downtown.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, no remote or work from home opportunities although the job can be done from home. company allows departments to create their own negative rules which results in a negative morale, no training opportunities

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
